David was a very happy child. He was more adventurous than his two younger brothers. David spent his last two years of high school living with his maternal grandparents in Sequine, Texas. David was in the Coast Guard Reserve. He had almost two hundred hours of college from the University of Texas at Austin. David was an accountant by profession. He enjoyed golf and soft-ball in his leisure time. David was the father of three sons. After his divorce, David moved to Corpus Christi to help himself recover from that difficult time. While there, he performed odd jobs. David was murdered on a shrimp boat. The Corpus Christi Police have identified the murderers. The District Attorney is reluctant to present the case to a grand jury for indictment. Why?
