Marques was always a loving child and totally respectful to his elders. He had a genuine love for God and this love reflected onto those that Marques believed to be less fortunate.....children and the elderly as well as the handicapped. He always thought he had to be their protector and strength. Marques was shot, and due to the death of his sister 5 months prior, even thought he could have survived, he had no will to live. He shared his desire to be where his sister was,.....in Heaven and because of this desire, I can allow him to rest in peace. Grief is something that is not easy, but having no regrets keeps it from being impossible to deal with. The relationship Marques had with his family was always good and he tried to be what everone needed him to be at all cost. He was very well loved and it always showed, now he has what he wanted.....to be with his sister. I love you Marques...."Toot", and one day...I will be with you and your sister, my daughter, Chea, in the bosom of God.
