Background
On 27 April 2004 60 year old Howard Simmons sexually assaulted a 13 year girl. On 29 August 2005, in return for a plea of guilty, Simmons was convicted of Indecency with a Child and sentenced to 8 years in prison.

The young girl Simmons sexually assaulted continues to suffer from mental anguish to this day. The thought that her assailant maybe paroled has only added to her despair. Simmons is currently up for Parole review. Please write and ask that he be made to serve his entire sentence. In addition, to lessen the emotional trauma the parole review process has on the victim's family, please ask that for the maximum set-off for any future parole reviews.
