Protest Against Parole
Send letters, emails, or faxes protesting the parole of Frank Christopher Vasquez

Background
On August 22, 1992, Frank Christopher Vasquez instigated and, together with more than ten Hispanic juveniles, murdered Chad E. Ketchum. According to sources 19 year old Chad Ketchem was attending a party at a Houston area home. While there a gang of youths, lead by Vasquez, broke into Ketchum's truck and stole the stereo, rims and other items they wanted off of it. Afterwards they took Ketchum for a ride and Vasquez urged his friends to "kill the white guy". Ketchem was shot and stabbed in the head and body numerous times to the point that he was unrecognizable.

For his crime Vasquez was sentenced to 60 years in prison and fined $10,000. Justice demands that his parole be denied and he be made to serve his entire sentence behind bars. In addition, to lessen the future emotional trauma associated with the parole review process for victim's family, please request "the maximum set-off" for future reviews.

Re: Frank Christopher Vasquez TDCJ ID# 00669688

On August 22, 1992 Frank Vasquez along with 10 juveniles broke into a truck owned by Chad Ketchum to steal his stereo, rims and other items. To cover up their crime the youths, at Vasquez urging, murdered Ketchum by shooting and stabbing him about his head and body to point that he was unrecognizable. For his role in this burtal crime Vasquez was sentenced to 60 years in prison and fined $10,000. However, Vaquez sentenced Chad Ketchum's family to life without their loved one. Due to the violent nature of the crime, justice demands that Vaquez parole be denied and he be made to serve his entire sentence behind bars. In addition, to lessen the future emotional trauma associated with the parole review process for victim's family, please grant "the maximum set-off" for future reviews.
